Return Policies

There is a 25% re-stocking fee + the cost of shipping on returns.

We do not accept returns of Electronic or Electrical Parts

We do not accept returns of custom accessories or instruments

A Return Form must accompany returned goods. Please contact us at admin@biolytic.com or phone to obtain a RMA number.

Shipping Policy

Small to Medium Package shipped:
FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Deliver

Large packages and instruments shipped:
FedEx Freight

We use AirPower Logistics as a main forwarder for both domestic and international shipments - they contract third party shippers i.e UPS / DHL / Capital Transporation / Vanguard

We insure instruments and accessories at the invoice value

Shipping Payment Options:

  • - Referral
  • - Use your Shipper/Forwarder or Pre-paid account

Damaged Shipment
Apparent Visible Damage must be clearly documented on the airway shipping BOL - please make a copy after signing.

It is important to take detailed photos of the outside of the crate(s) as well as inside. Biolytic has photos of the outside as well as the inside showing the exact condition of the instrument pre-departure

Missing or Incorrect Items:

It is important to match the packing slip to the actual items, if you notice something missing or incorrect email admin@biolytic.com. Photos are helpful in cases where items are incorrect

International Policy

International sales are performed through our network of distributors when possible. To apply for distributorship, please contact sales@biolytic.com.

Shipping charges depend on dimensional weight, destination, and merchandise total for insurance charges

Prices and shipping feeds do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs.

We are not held responsible for merchandise confiscated or charged through customs

Warranty Policy

Warranty policy applies to direct sales only. For international distributor sales, please see your local distributor

The warranty does not cover:

Failure due to:
- Abuse
- Misuse
- Improper repairs or maintenance installation
- Alteration or modifications

Cost of:
- Installation
- Removal
- Normal wear and tear
- Consequential or subsequent damages

All electronic and electrical parts sales are final.

Terms and Conditions

Limited Warranty

The warranty as described herein shall only apply to Biolytic Lab Performance, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Biolytic’) branded products directly sold by Biolytic (hereinafter referred to as ‘Product’). The warranty is only applicable to the party purchasing the products directly from Biolytic (hereinafter referred to as: ‘Purchaser’). Biolytic warrants that each Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The foregoing warranty shall be valid for the period mentioned in the applicable warranty policy for your Products as referenced to in your sales agreement. If a Product fails to operate in accordance with this warranty Biolytic will provide free replacement of the failed Product subject to the applicable warranty policy and the limited warranty terms and conditions set forth below.

Terms and Conditions

Biolytic's warranty flows only to Purchaser. If any Product covered by this warranty is returned by Purchaser in accordance with the return policy and within the applicable warranty period set forth in the warranty policy and upon examination Biolytic determines to its satisfaction that such Product failed to satisfy this warranty, Biolytic will, at its option, repair or replace the Product or the defective part thereof, or reimburse Purchaser for the purchase price. For purposes of clarity, ‘repair or replace the Product or the defective part thereof’ does not include any removal or reinstallation activities, costs or expenses, including without limitation, labor costs or expenses.

Limitations of Liability

Biolytic does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for item/s not being available for us, lost profits, loss of business except as expressly provided herein. Biolytic Lab Performance, Inc. will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised for the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any third party.
